Responsibilities:

- To Review And Allocate Leads To Locations Across The Companies Operational Bases.
- To Liaise With Operational Locations On The Progress Of Leads and ensure timely updates are provided to our customers (lead sources)
- Energy Efficiency awareness is preferred but on the job training will be provided.
- To produce reporting on all customers leads sources in easy to read and digestible formats.
- To Support The role of the retrofit coordinator in any reasonable administration duties.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Salary**: £16,500.00-£20,500.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
