We are seeking a skilled Site Administrator to join our team. The Site Administrator will be responsible for managing administrative taks and other key areas such as weighbridge operation, compliance concerning veichles etc.

**Duties**:

- Responsible for key areas such as weighbridge
- Raising purchase orders on work day
- Compliance of loads arriving
- Computerise data entry tasks for efficient record-keeping
- Maintain phone etiquette when handling calls and messages
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organising documents
- Provide administrative support to the site team
- Ensure organisational efficiency in office operations

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in using QuickBooks for financial management tasks
- Excellent typing skills for accurate and timely document preparation
- Familiarity with Google Suite for office productivity
- Ability to computerise data entry processes for effective record-keeping
- Strong phone etiquette when communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in clerical and administrative tasks preferred
- Organisational skills to maintain office efficiency and workflow
- Liasion with contractors ad the company

If you feel you are suited to this role and have previous experience in site administration / logistics administration

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

Pay: £12.43-£12.44 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
