To provide accurate and effective general administrative support across all Branch functions and issues, as a member of the Branch Administration team. To ensure that all Branch administrative activities are carried out in the most efficient manner, within the time-scales set and to the quality, standards and uniformity required.
**Requirements**:
**General Administration**
- Produce job instructions for Operations employees which are accurate and before the specified deadlines.
- Insert date following job completions into the company computer systems ensuring inputting accuracy.
- Extract reports and other data on work completed and sites as and when required.
- Provide word processing facilities and general IT skills within the Branch as and when required.
- To ensure that records and files, both manual and computerised are constantly updated.
- Support in testing new systems and processes as required.
- Promptly provide documents and data to respond to Public Liability Claims.
- Provide prompt telephone responses to all calls to and within the Branch, ensuring that internal and external customers receive maximum communication and co-operation at all times.
- To ensure the security and confidentiality of all Branch records and data.
- Support implementation and maintenance of the Company’s Health & Safety Policy at all times.
- Ensure that security and confidentiality of Company information and property is maintained.
- Participate in training, as required, to enhance skills levels.
- Contribute personally to the successful development and performance of the Branch Administration Team and to undertake any and all administrative duties requested of you within the branch or organisation.
- Promote professionalism by personal example within the Branch.
- Assist in the control of Branch costs as required.
- Ensure and verify that Company administrative processes are adhered to and contribute and participate in the development of new processes and systems to provide greater efficiency and continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Interpret administrative data and reports and to communicate results to branch and region as required.
**Skills & Experience**
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- IT literate with Microsoft Office Knowledge
- Administrative experience in customer service environment
