We are a charity based in the centre of St Helens

The role offers an exciting opportunity,to work within a small team to help facilitate a Flagship building and a new development, for the Tenants that occupy it. Also to help the Charity deliver its main objectives.

This is a varied roll and requires the post holder to be committed to working as part of the small team, whilst having the ability to work well on their own, using their initiative, experience to manage a variety of tasks and be able to prioritise accordingly.

You will be required to possess excellent communication skills and be able to act with professionalism when dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.

**DUTIES INCLUDE**:

- To provide clerical and administration support to all members of the team including; minute keeping, filing and scanning duties.
- Assist with routine financial procedures; uploading supplier invoices onto Sage, completing supplier payment runs and assisting with the reconciliation of the company accounts.
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors.
- Involved in co-ordinating and implementing office and reception procedures and to be responsible for specific projects and tasks.
- Purchasing/Ordering of office supplies
- Assisting with the upkeep of the company website and social media accounts.
- Respond Flexibly to any necessary changes in the work place and undertake other reasonable duties, when required to support the effective operation of the Charity.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Must have experience within Administration and Finance.
- Must be proficient on Microsoft Office & Sage
- Desirable Mac & Windows computer knowledge
- Proficient with online and social media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.

**EDUCATION**:
GCSE or equivalent

**HOURS**:
40 HOURS PER WEEK
