**Business Administration Apprentice**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Answering telephone calls and communicating effectively with customers, suppliers and engineers
- Updating and maintaining all relevant paperwork
- Updating and maintaining bookings and diary system for engineers
- Assisting our engineers to offer an efficient service to our customers
- Booking accommodation
- Fleet Management
- Effectively input data into our CRM system

**Skills and Qualities**
- Familiar with Microsoft programmes in particular Excel and Microsoft word
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work both in a team and independently when required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A good ability to use own initiative
- Very good telephone etiquette
- Conscientious
- Motivated and keen to learn
- Patient
- Outgoing and confident

Essential Qualifications - GCSE in Math and English at grade 4-9 (A-C) or equivalent
