North West Vending and our specialist coffee division, Coffee 1652, are recruiting a Sales Administrator to join their busy Head Office.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming customer calls and transfer to other departments if necessary
- Call customers to collect wholesale orders, offering additional products and discussing promotions
- Keep track of customers spend using various reports, monitoring and addressing any concerns with management
- Assist sales team with reports and customer information
- Take and raise customer orders/credits
- Enter supplier invoices/credits
- Greet customers and serve drinks
- Arrange wholesale deliveries with 3rd party transport
- Daily filing of delivery/invoice paperwork
- Assist Senior Management with reporting
- Take and log service calls in absence of Service Coordinators
- Complete additional ad-hoc requests from Management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £21,673.60 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Sales Admin: 2 years (required)
