We are entering an exciting phase of our business journey and this role plays a significant part, in supporting a busy, high-volume sales and office environment. The role exists as administration support to the sales coordinator and sales function. To record, coordinate, administer sales enquiries into the business. Liaising with departmental colleagues to support the complete and successful transition of the customer’s order requirements. This position requires flexibility, resourcefulness and a strong work ethic. Simply put, the success of our jobs starts with the sales process. **What you will be do**:

- Providing administrative support to the sales coordinator and sales team;
- Arranging internal and external meetings;
- Answering the telephone and directing calls to the relevant department and/or person;
- Preparing quotation sheets for all new and revised customer enquiries;
- Chasing and following up the issued quotes;
- Clarifying and validating all briefs into the business via ‘outside sales’ team or direct to office enquires;
- Aiding the generation of sales by working closely with the Sales team;
- Costing of all repeat enquiries with historic data on the system;
- Compiling and completing customers PQQ pre-registration packs prior to tender.
- Attending sales meetings with potential or current customers;
- Working closely with the Administration team for lead times;
- Participating in sales and project handover meetings with the production team;
- Minute taking at key internal meetings;
- Attending the weekly sales meeting with the sales team and design team;
- Support in providing a weekly rolling 3-month sales forecast at the end of each week;
- Updating the company’s central computer system and the salesforce CRM;
- Helping to maintain and update the company’s file management system

**About you**:

- Able to demonstrate good Literacy and numeracy skills;
- Have good communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good working relationships with colleagues;
- Able to manage your time across multiple projects with tight deadlines and the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining priorities;
- Demonstrate good IT and computer skills, ideally with experience of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Have a proactive and upbeat attitude with a drive to succeed and a strong work ethic;
- Keen on developing existing skills as well as learning new ones;
- Time management skills across multiple projects with tight deadlines and the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining priorities;
- Good analytical skills.
