This role, within the UK Communications team, will produce co-ordinated, effective and measured communication messages and campaigns to inspire our colleagues and third-party audiences to deliver on our Lowell strategy goals and plans.

The role holder will be expected to work with a wide range of stakeholders and will business partner with various departments to deliver defined internal and external communications objectives, aligned with the UK Communications & Events strategy.

As a Communications Lead you'll
- Own a number of projects on a UK level and for specific departments to provide internal communications expertise, planning and tactical execution
- Independently accountable for the performance and delivery of a specific portfolio of communications work
- Refine and drive our Group Engagement and Comms strategy and support delivery of our change ambitions.
- Own and manage the UK LinkedIn strategy and ensure delivery of relevant, thought-provoking content
- Support the Head of Communications on the delivery of the corporate PR strategy, working closely with a PR agency
- Build effective relationships, work collaboratively and be a trusted partner to stakeholders, facilitating effective delivery of their communications and engagement needs
- Work with colleagues in the UK, DACH and Nordic Communications teams to align messages across the Group and work on group-wide projects as required

**What we need from you?**
- Recognised Communications or Marketing Governing Body Diploma (IOIC or CIPR)
- Significant experience in a similar role.
- A proven track record in assisting in the shaping and driving of the delivery of Internal Communications and Engagement plans and campaigns, ideally in a complex matrix style organisation.
- Good technical knowledge to deliver appropriate audio visual, graphic and online communications materials, including intranet, print, film, digital and social networking channels.
- Ability to demonstrate strong business acumen quickly and effectively to become a true business partner.
- Confident challenging and influencing a variety of stakeholders effectively.
- Creative communicator, able to develop inspiring and engaging communication products and campaigns.
