Community Pharmacist Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Community Pharmacist Manager to oversee operations in a vibrant community setting. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 annually, with a standard workweek of Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.


As the Community Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume pharmacy with approximately 5,000 items processed monthly, utilizing an offsite dispensing hub. This role provides a unique chance to contribute positively to the health and well-being of the community.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee pharmacy operations and staff management
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards
  • Foster a supportive environment for team members
  • Engage with the community to promote health initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Pharmacy
  • Current GPhC registration is mandatory
  • Minimum of 1 year in a management role
  • Willingness to relocate if necessary
