We are seeking a dedicated Community Pharmacist Manager to oversee operations within a thriving pharmacy environment. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 annually. The position operates on a standard Monday to Friday schedule, from 9am to 6pm, ensuring a work-life balance with no weekend commitments.
As the Community Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume pharmacy, processing approximately 5,000 items monthly through an offsite dispensing hub. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute positively to the health and well-being of the community while enhancing the operational success of the pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise pharmacy staff and manage daily operations
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards
- Oversee inventory management and supply chain processes
- Engage with the community to promote health initiatives
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Pharmacy
- Current GPhC registration
- Minimum of 1 year in a management role
- Willingness to relocate if necessary
