About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relief Pharmacist to join our team at Boots Opticians. As a Relief Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer and patient care across a range of pharmacies in the Leeds area.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver the pharmacy strategy through providing expert care and advice
  • Accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy
  • Build the pharmacy capability of store teams
  • Conduct continual review through audit, observations and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount
  • Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services

Requirements

  • Be registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
  • Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers and external local professionals
  • Have a passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for our customers
  • Be collaborative with a team-centered approach
  • Have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services
  • Be a great communicator; able to put people at ease and effectively meet the varied needs of our customers and patients

Shift Pattern

Shifts range from 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on weekends for Part Time. For Full Time, the shift pattern is Relief role across 3 Leeds Hospital sites, covering 7 day opening ranging from 9am to 9pm weekdays and 9am to 5pm.
