**Based in Edinburgh**
**Details**:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)
- Office based
**Key responsibilities**:
- Answering incoming calls from members
- Taking detailed professional messages before passing to other members of staff
- Meeting and greeting guests to the office
- Maintaining stock levels including stationary, office supplies, and kitchen goods and products
- Attending meetings and taking notes on the agenda
- Processing paperwork
- Sending correspondence to members
- Events administration
- Providing ad hoc admin support for different teams
**What we're looking for**:
- Previous experience working as a Receptionist or an Administrator
- Solid IT skills particularly MS Office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good organisational skills
