We were founded in 2008 to offer fast access for outpatient consultation, on-site diagnostic imaging, and day-case surgical treatment, all close to the heart of Scotland’s capital. **As Reception & Travel Clinic Team Leader you will**
- Lead the day to day running of Reception and Visa Clinic
- Focus on departmental excellence to improve our service offering and raise overall standards
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process for both departments
- Rota management and ensuring timekeeping and attendance is accurate for payroll purposes
- Coaching and developing your teams, providing training, succession planning, regular 1-2-1s and PDR reviews
- Responsible for driving patient satisfaction across the departments
- Works closely with other Team Leads and HODs to ensure the smooth running of all departments
- Working within and across all Patient Services departments to support the smooth running of them and leading by example
