Reception and Administration Assistant

We are looking for an exerienced Administration team member to undertake all receptionist ensure the patient receives the ultimate patient experience during there visit.

A customer-oriented approach is essential. The goal is to make patients feel comfortable and valued while attending our clinic. We are a growing and developing business and team.

Responsibilites include:

- Warm welcome our Patients when they arrive at our practice
- Check our Patients in & out
- Take Payments from Patients in house and over the phone
- Balancing daily payments received
- Being able to update Patient records, ensuring these are correct
- Outbound calling Patients to ensure patients have been reminded of appointment time and date.
- Making sure the reception area is tidy at all times
- Taking deliveries and logging these as per process
- Writing operational procedures for reception duties
- Responsible for updating our social media platforms
- Preparing monthly management spreadsheets
- Any other administrational duties required

We are looking for someone that can work 37.5 hours per week over 4 days, compressed hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
