Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Part-time Receptionist to join our team at Construction & Property Recruitment in Edinburgh city centre.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and possess a strong attention to detail. The role involves managing the front desk, handling phone calls and inquiries, providing administrative support, and ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.

Salary: £23,000 - £29,000 per annum (pro-rata) based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Management: Greet clients, visitors, and contractors with a professional manner.
  • Phone Handling: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle enquiries efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
Requirements:
