We are seeking a highly organised and versatile Mailroom and Reception Coordinator to join our team in Edinburgh.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing various tasks simultaneously, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records. This includes receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, as well as preparing outgoing mail and packages for shipment.

With a focus on compliance and data security, you will ensure that all documents and information are handled with care and confidentiality. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will also enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

This permanent position comes with a competitive salary of £24,100 per annum, plus company benefits including 25 days holiday, life assurance, private medical insurance, and discounted gym memberships.
