We are Audit Scotland, a leading public sector auditor. Our dynamic team is seeking a skilled and organized Multifaceted Support Coordinator to provide exceptional reception and facilities services in our Edinburgh and Glasgow offices.
Job SummaryThis is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong Microsoft skills and experience in providing reception services to join our Business Support Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies, setting up meeting rooms, and ensuring the efficient running of our offices.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a welcoming and professional reception service to visitors, contractors, and colleagues
- Manage office supplies, including stationery and equipment
- Coordinate events and meetings, including setup and AV requirements
- Liaise with hosts to ensure all meeting requirements are met
- Previous experience in providing reception services
- Strong Microsoft skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- An estimated salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
