About This Opportunity

We are looking for a talented Analytical Support Coordinator to join our team at Scottish Water. As a Scientific Sample Administrator, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our analytical testing service, ensuring the safe and reliable supply of water for Scotland's communities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the receipt, processing, and analysis of water and wastewater samples, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to optimize workflows and efficiency.
  • Develop your expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly data management and analysis tools.

Requirements and Benefits

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with data management and analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel.
  • An estimated salary range of £25,980 - £30,000 (part-time pro rata) for a Grade 3 position, with opportunities for performance-driven pay progression.
