RPS Water Consulting is seeking a skilled Office Administrator to support our busy team in Scotland.

We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for ensuring all day-to-day tasks run smoothly, while providing top-notch support to both our clients and team.

This part-time role, working 25 hours per week across five days (Monday to Friday), offers variety and the chance to make a real impact.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the office move from Kirkintilloch to Stepps
  • Lead, manage and undertake administration duties relating to:
  • Safe day-to-day operation and management of the office including reception, visitor management and mailroom activities
  • Purchasing and supplier invoicing
  • Ordering and managing stationery and staff PPE requirements
  • Arranging staff travel and accommodation bookings
  • Ensuring compliance with RPS Integrated Management System processes and procedures including Fire Safety Management.
  • Assist in fleet management
  • Assist booking staff training.
  • Management of monthly client invoicing process
  • Project-related administration duties in support of project delivery teams.
  • Working closely with HSEQ Team and project teams in Scotland to ensure business processes are adhered to and run efficiently

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous office-based administrative experience, excellent IT skills, and the ability to use their own initiative to problem solve.
