**Job Description:** Administrative Support Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled administrative professional to lead our team of Personal Assistants across Scotland. As an experienced administrator, you will be responsible for implementing best practices and ensuring that our clients receive high-quality support.
You will be working closely with the PAs in Scotland, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks effectively. You will also be responsible for recruiting and HR activities, including training plans and development opportunities.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Strong administrative background with experience in leading a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to implement best practices and ensure high-quality support
