Law Firm Administrator

Location: Edinburgh City Centre
We are seeking an experienced and organised Legal Personal Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support to a team of fee earners.
About the Role:
- Manage monthly billing processes, including payment of invoices.
- Coordinate complex diary and mailbox management.
- Draft and proofread important legal documents.
- Arrange travel and other commitments, as well as catering and equipment.
- Support meetings and write minutes.
- Be a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the invoicing process, including queries, sending invoices, and arranging purchase orders.
- Handle expenses.
- Prioritise general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, paper storage, and organisation.
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- You should be adaptable and able to grasp new legal systems quickly.
- A proactive individual who is happy to go the extra mile for their team and fee earners.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
