As a key member of our Finance & Projects group, you will be responsible for managing documents and files, coordinating projects and tasks, and communicating effectively with colleagues and clients. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of £26,500 - £32,000, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including agile working, carers' leave, and a contributory pension scheme.

The successful candidate will be expected to have a good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, and be able to work accurately and efficiently in a busy office environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and other members of the team
  • Manage documents and files, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordinate projects and tasks, prioritizing deadlines and workload
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, both internally and externally

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm or business services environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a busy office environment
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
