We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Edinburgh. As an HR Coordinator at Gilson Gray LLP, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team.
  • Managing the HR Inbox and responding to queries from employees.
  • Coordinating new start inductions and monthly inductions.
  • Preparing offers, contracts of employment, and letters.
  • Managing paperwork in relation to probations, contract changes, and leavers.
  • Managing the HR system and ensuring data is kept up to date.
