This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in the education sector. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the office team, including managing office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails and taking messages.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Support with travel arrangements and bookings, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.
  • Assist with registrations and general administration tasks, including scanning, photocopying, laminating, filing and typing.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary of up to £29,000.
