We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our NHS Scotland team as a Healthcare Administrative Assistant. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a calm and controlled attitude in a demanding work environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with patient requests and queries in a helpful and efficient manner. They must have excellent IT skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures closely while demonstrating understanding and compliance with confidentiality.

This position involves a range of administrative tasks, including general office duties and speaking with patients in person or on the telephone. The ideal candidate should be proactive, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.
