Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Administration Assistant to join our team at Firrhill Medical Centre. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should possess a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, as well as the ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist healthcare professionals with patient care and administrative tasks
• Manage front desk operations, including patient registration, scheduling, and billing
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, both electronic and paper-based
• Handle incoming phone calls and correspondence, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
