Pet Reception and Support Specialist

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pet Reception and Support Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a supportive environment and providing exceptional customer service.
About Vets Now:Vets Now is the UK's leading provider of emergency pet care, serving over 1700 veterinary practices across the country.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide initial support to clients during emergency situations, handling calls, booking appointments, and managing financial transactions.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Accurately manage administrative duties in the clinic, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Keep veterinary staff informed about patients en route or clients requiring assistance.
- Act as a liaison between clients and veterinary professionals.
This role involves working every other weekend, with Saturdays from 12:00 to 20:00 and Sundays from 08:00 to 17:00, plus a fair share of bank holidays.
Compensation and Benefits:The estimated salary for this position is £12.00 per hour, plus benefits including 7 weeks pro-rata annual leave, cash health plan, and up to 50% discounted staff pet care.
