We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our expanding team in Edinburgh. As a key member of the Hearings and Operational Support Team, you will provide administrative assistance to Inquiry teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of hearings by providing reception duties and in-hearing support, adhering to hearing room etiquette.
  • Manage the Hearings and Witnesses diary, prioritizing internal and external appointments, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, providing trauma-informed and person-centered support.
  • Coordinate virtual attendance at hearings, scheduling video conferences for key participants.

In this role, you will work closely with Hearings & Witness Support Officers to ensure the smooth operation of hearings and events. If you possess excellent organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

The successful candidate will be remunerated £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, reflecting the demands of this role and the cost of living in Edinburgh.
