Fareham, United Kingdom Moody Decking & Services Ltd Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Act as point of contact for order enquiries and provide updates to customers
- Assist with order entry process
- Place orders for ad hoc office and production supplies
- Assist with general administration tasks such as filing and record keeping
- Maintain timecard spreadsheet and staff holiday requests
- Provide general support to office team and visitors
- Liaise internally to provide support across the business

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as an Office Admin Assistant or similar
- Knowledge and efficient use of Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Applicants must be able to reliably commute to our facility in Whiteley PO15 7FE, Mon-Fri

Salary DOE

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
