**Rota Support Coordinator**

We are looking for a Rota Support Coordinator to join our urgent care rota team.

**What is the role?**
- You’ll work closely with the operations manager and deputy operations manager to provide an administrative function to the team.
- You will be analysing and interpreting data to provide key reports to stakeholders within the organisation.
- This is a developmental role, and you will have support from management to review and amend to job description as appropriate.

You’ll join our Urgent Care Service - which includes Out of Hours, ED Streaming and GP+ which is delivered by Suffolk GP Federation, a not-for-profit community interest company.

**Is it for me?**
- You’ll need to have experience of working with reports, compiling accurate reports to share with key stakeholders within an agreed timeframe.
- You’ll need to have strong attention to detail, and be able to work in an ever-evolving landscape with conflicting demands.
- In order to be successful, you’ll require intermediate Microsoft Office skills and the ability to pick up new systems with ease.

**Contract type**:
This is a part time, permanent role with the opportunity to work 24 hours per week. The hours will be: 3 X 6-hour shifts across Monday - Wednesday and also a Friday 12:00 - 18:00.
