Support Worker for Elderly and Vulnerable Adults

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker for Elderly and Vulnerable Adults.
Job SummaryThis role involves working with clients in their own homes or in residential care settings, providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
You will be required to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Travel between locations will be necessary to cover client needs.
Main Duties:
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and using the toilet
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and care provided
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality client care
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 4 months experience in a care setting and excellent communication skills. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
As a Support Worker, you will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate of £9.00-£11.00 per hour and opportunities for career progression within the company.
