Job Title: Care Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team at Fame24Hour Care. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

**Estimated Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**About the Role:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating care services for our service users, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This will involve managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate records.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Coordinate care services for service users, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Manage and monitor the call logging system, addressing areas of non-compliance by staff members.
  • Manage staff rotas and ensure that all care workers are allocated correctly.
  • Communicate with service users and their representatives if their scheduled care and support is running behind the allocated time.
  • Work in partnership with the company's central accounts team to manage invoices and payments.
  • Perform other duties as required to ensure the safe running of the service.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
