About the Role:
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care and Housing Support Coordinator to join our team at Anglia Care Trust. As a Supported Housing Officer, you will collaborate across our Temporary Housing Service to support Service Users in achieving their goals of independent living.
You will work closely with Service Users to develop individualized support plans, focusing on areas such as health, budgeting, training, and employment to help them meet their ambitions. This position requires a strong understanding of social care principles and practices, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have a full driving license and access to a vehicle, as this position covers Ipswich and the surrounding Suffolk area.
