Job Description

In this role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality care and support to up to 20 clients with physical disabilities and acquired brain injury (ABI), located at our Lowestoft facility.

You will be responsible for leading a team of carers, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.

Responsibilities
  • Lead service delivery and manage the team in collaboration with the Area Service Manager
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and external agencies
  • Oversee service quality, financial performance, and manage budgets
  • Recruit, train, and support staff, ensuring flexibility in working hours
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
