Opportunity for a Senior Care Services Manager

Job Description
  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver outstanding care and support services.
  • Maintain a culture of kindness, empathy, and compassion within the care home.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards.
What We Offer
  • £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Excellent performance-related bonus scheme.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

Requirements
  • Previous experience managing a nursing home or similar setting.
