About This RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Senior Care Services Director to lead our nursing home in Ipswich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of kindness and empathy among staff.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a skilled team of care professionals dedicated to delivering person-centred care.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the home's budget, achieving financial targets and maintaining full occupancy.
- Risk management is crucial to ensuring a safe environment for residents and staff.
This role comes with a comprehensive package, including:
- An annual salary of £55,000 - £57,000.
- Performance-related bonus.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Full DBS disclosure paid.
- Annual NMC PIN renewal paid.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience managing a nursing home.
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards with a proven track record of achieving Outstanding ratings.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships.
- Proven marketing and business skills in the private care sector.
