Care Professional

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Professional to join our team at Shaftesbury House Residential Care Home. As a valued member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, enhancing their quality of life and dignity.

About the Role

As a Care Professional, you'll work collaboratively with our team to deliver personalized care plans, promoting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and colleagues. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, caring, and flexible, with a genuine passion for working with older adults.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality care to residents, adhering to their individual care plans
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues
- Contribute to a supportive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

What We Offer

- Competitive salary: £11.90 per hour (including additional compensation for overtime)
