Job DescriptionStaff Nurse Role:
- Provide high-quality nursing care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of each resident are met.
- Safely and accurately administer medication, monitor effects, and document all necessary information in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop, review, and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and reports in line with regulatory requirements and internal protocols.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered Nurse Qualification: RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Nurse)
- NMC Registration: Active registration with the UK Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Experience in Elderly and Dementia Care: Previous experience in elderly care, particularly dementia care, is preferred
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective interactions with residents, families, and colleagues
- Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to work under pressure in a busy care environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy
