This care home provides a supportive environment where staff enables their residents to feel free to go about their daily lives. They work with Dementia Care Matters to improve the quality of life for people living with dementia.

To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

As a Nurse, your key duties include:

  • Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.
  • Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy.
  • Ensure that residents' care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Report any ill-health amongst residents and make requests for GP/professional visits where necessary.

The following skills and experience would be beneficial for the role:

  • A proven track record of working in a care setting.
  • A good team player.
  • 1+ year NMC registration.
  • Well-developed time management and leadership skills.

The successful nurse will receive an excellent salary of £22.00 per hour.
