Nurse Specialist in Chronic Care

As a Specialist Nurse with Coloplast, you will play a vital role in enhancing patient care experiences within our Chronic Care Division. This is an exciting opportunity to work in partnership with NHS colleagues, providing ethical and professional nursing services while adhering to NMC guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and organize caseloads and time to ensure effective patient care
* Provide expert communication and feedback to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
* Maintain meticulous records and adhere to high standards and legal requirements
About the Role:
This position requires a Registered General Nurse with a Nursing Degree and V100 qualification or willingness to work towards it. You will also need a professional portfolio in line with national regulatory requirements. Experience in ISC, Continence or Bowel Care is desirable, but not essential. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are crucial for success in this role. Additionally, you should be an independent practitioner with self-motivation and a nurturing mindset, as well as a strategic thinker with commercial awareness and skills. The estimated salary for this position is around £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
