Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that residents receive comprehensive and person-centered care.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identifying resident needs and preferences, and maintain accurate records.
- Administer medication and treatments safely and efficiently, adhering to NMC guidelines and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, providing regular updates and information on resident care and progress.
- Report any concerns or issues related to resident health and safety, collaborating with colleagues and external agencies as necessary.
- Uphold regulations regarding safeguarding, health, and safety, maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven knowledge of nursing practices, including medication administration and management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, as required by the care home.
- NMC registration and pin required.
