As an Advanced Nursing Professional at Cardinal Medical Practice, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in a Primary Care setting. This position involves undertaking general nursing duties within the nursing team, including immunisations, adult and childhood cervical smears, contraception advice, dressings and treatment room care, and management of chronic diseases.
You will work to practice protocols and guidelines, providing general and specific nursing care to patients. Your responsibilities will also include health assessments and screenings to the practice population within agreed protocols.
In this role, you will provide health promotion to the practice population and advise and treat patients with minor ailments. You will also implement a systematic approach to care, including efficient and accurate record keeping for the benefit and safety of patients.
A competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum is available for this position, depending on experience.
