Job Description

Your role will involve working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care to our residents. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with the NMC as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly within a 24-hour service
