Care and Support Specialist

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker in Ditchingham. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs, helping them to gain independence and confidence in their daily lives.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for others. You will work closely with our service users to identify their goals and aspirations, and develop personalized plans to achieve them. You will also provide emotional support, encouragement, and guidance to help our service users build their skills and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide person-centered care and support to service users
* Develop and implement individualized care plans
* Assist with personal care, medication management, and other daily living tasks
* Encourage and support service users to participate in activities and pursue their interests
* Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
* Full UK driving license (essential)
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate and empathetic approach
* Basic IT skills and willingness to learn
