Job DescriptionThe Senior Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating patient care activities, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective treatment. This role requires someone who is able to work independently, think critically, and prioritize tasks efficiently.

- A Care Certificate or demonstrable skills
- A Level 3 vocational qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience in a health setting
