Senior Patient Care Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Healthcare Support Worker, working alongside experienced healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
As a Senior Healthcare Support Worker, you will be responsible for meeting the direct and indirect care needs of patients, ensuring high standards of patient care, and working effectively with the nursing and wider multi-professional healthcare team.
You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, as part of a rota pattern, and must be able to communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and colleagues.
Requirements- Awareness of physical, psychological, and spiritual needs of patients, relatives, and carers
- Awareness of the nature of the carer's role in assisting patients to fulfill basic human needs
- Knowledge of clinical procedures and observations
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
Estimated salary: £26,300 - £32,800 per annum.
