Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Support Coordinator to join our team in Suffolk County Council's Psychology and Therapeutic Services.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support effective service delivery and contribute to making a positive difference to the lives of children and young people in Suffolk.

You will be responsible for undertaking a range of administrative duties, including liaising with internal and external Educational Psychologists, assisting with the allocation of work, diary management, and Excel data reporting.

As a Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in monitoring data, data reporting, and keeping up-to-date and accurate records. You will also work closely with the Business Support Manager, Business Support Coordinator, and Deputy Principal Educational Psychologist, assisting them in day-to-day service delivery.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications in order to undertake data analysis, data reporting, and diary management.

You will also need strong organisational, interpersonal, communication, and administration skills. In addition, you will have experience in providing administrative support to a team, including experience in data reporting, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes.
