Job Description:
As a Personal Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily support and assistance to an individual with complex health needs.
You will work alongside the individual's family and care team to ensure their physical and emotional needs are met.
The role involves supporting the individual with transfers, daily living tasks, and accessing community activities such as cinema trips, live music events, and swimming.
You will also accompany the individual to hospital appointments and provide transportation when required.
Requirements:
- Full clean driving license (essential)
- Able to meet motor insurance requirements
