Care Director for Suffolk Services

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Care Director to join our executive team in Suffolk. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
- Oversee the financial management of our service lines, working closely with corporate services to ensure effective processes are in place.
- Lead and develop effective teams who can respond to the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of our business strategy, planning, and business development.
- Ensure our services comply with relevant central government, inter-agency, and support agency standards and policies.
- You will have a proven track record of excellent leadership in the care sector.
- RQF Level 5 Award in Social Care (or equivalent qualification) is essential.
- A comprehensive knowledge of social care legislation and CQC requirements is required.
- You will possess highly effective communication skills, including conflict management, influencing, presentation skills, and advice/guidance.
- Ability to liaise with Regulatory Bodies, Local Safeguarding, and other external stakeholders is necessary.
- Flexible working arrangements, including the opportunity for a 9-day fortnight, are available.
- Pension scheme contribution up to 8% and other benefits are included.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, reflecting the demands of this role and the qualifications required.
