About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Care Director to join our executive team in Suffolk. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
  • Oversee the financial management of our service lines, working closely with corporate services to ensure effective processes are in place.
  • Lead and develop effective teams who can respond to the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of our business strategy, planning, and business development.
  • Ensure our services comply with relevant central government, inter-agency, and support agency standards and policies.
Requirements
  • You will have a proven track record of excellent leadership in the care sector.
  • RQF Level 5 Award in Social Care (or equivalent qualification) is essential.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of social care legislation and CQC requirements is required.
  • You will possess highly effective communication skills, including conflict management, influencing, presentation skills, and advice/guidance.
  • Ability to liaise with Regulatory Bodies, Local Safeguarding, and other external stakeholders is necessary.
  • Flexible working arrangements, including the opportunity for a 9-day fortnight, are available.
  • Pension scheme contribution up to 8% and other benefits are included.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, reflecting the demands of this role and the qualifications required.
