Responsibilities:

  • To provide individualized support to adult service users, focusing on their strengths and abilities.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to achieve excellent outcomes.
  • To contribute to the development of effective policies and procedures that reflect best practices in social care.

Requirements:

  • A relevant social work qualification.
  • A current Social Work England registration or awaiting registration if Newly Qualified.
  • A valid driving license and access to personal transport.
  • Experience in social work, modelling good practice, and providing advice and guidance in complex situations.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £37,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including up to 29 days annual leave entitlement (pro rata), membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme, and travel, lifestyle, health, and wellbeing benefits.
